Application for Spay/Neuter Cost Sharing

In partnership with several participating Fremont County veterinary practices, WFCHS will share the cost of a spay/neuter procedure for qualified applicants. Please note, pet owner's share of the spay/neuter fee is due in full at the time of the procedure. WFCHS will be invoiced for its share by the participating veterinarian. Any additional services provided by the vet will be payable in full by the owner, and do not qualify for cost sharing.

Requirements:

  1. APPLICANT AND ANIMAL MUST LIVE IN WESTERN FREMONT COUNTY (WEST OF DIVERSION DAM).

  2. One animal per application only. If you have more than one animal to be spayed/neutered, please create a separate submission for each animal.

  3. Minimum age of animal is 4-6 months (varies by vet, see below).

  4. Vaccinations must be current (varies by vet, see below).

  5. Once the application is approved, both pet owner and their selected vet will be notified by WFCHS.

  6. Pet owner then must make the appointment directly with the participating vet.
